New Region: Opens a dialog box to add a new region to the current Scolo project. You need to have Administrator, System Manager or System Configurator privileges to use this command.

Add Hydrant: Opens a dialog box to add a new hydrant to Scolo. You need to have Administrator, System Manager or System Configurator privileges to use this command

Below the ‘Add Hydrant’ menu item is a list of all of the configured regions and their trails for the current Scolo project. By clicking on any of the trail names you can quickly load that trail in the main window.
