The Program Properties window is where you set values for the local behavior of Scolo and also some global values that affect all instances of Scolo at your property.
Program Properties is accessed from the Scolo’s main menu under ‘System > Properties’
or by clicking on the Program Properties icon on the Scolo toolbar
